Six Piano Collective commission and perform new music for old pianos in new spaces.
The collective bring audiences new music through collaboration that engage with contemporary culture. The group promotes music of living Australian composers and aims to create benefits for local communities and programs.
Six Piano Collective are Melbourne pianists Natasha Lin, Grace Ferguson, Adam McMilan, Uri Barak, Rosie Riebl and Kitty Xiao. The group was founded in 2017 by Artistic Director Kitty Xiao and is led by conductor Laura Barton.
